The property, distinguished by its five prominent gables—two large ones at each end and three smaller ones in between—underwent a significant transformation with Alitherm 400 windows, Alitherm 400 French Doors and Ezifold bifolding doors.

First Floor Enhancements:

• Prominent Gables: Two French door sets with feature-shaped gable windows above were installed. On the right-hand gable, doors opened onto a balcony with a frameless glass balustrade.
• The left-hand gable featured inward-opening doors behind a glass Juliet balcony.
• Smaller Gables: Two sets of side-hung casement windows alongside two longer windows with opening vents above fixed-glazed panels.

Ground Floor Transformation:

• Ezifold Bifold Doors: Four sets were installed, comprising three-panel and four-panel door sets. These doors opened out onto the contemporary patio area.
• Flush Tracks: Provided seamless access to the outdoors with minimal steps while ensuring complete weather protection.

• Glazing: Toughened safety glass with soft-coat low-emissivity coating, warm edge spacer bars, and argon gas fill.
• Ventilation: Trickle vents installed on all windows and doors to comply with current building regulations.
• Installation: Supplied into clean and prepared openings with perimeter mastic sealant between aluminium frames and the structure.
• Hardware: Satin stainless steel door and window handles, colour-matched hinges, and locking mechanisms.
