Chigwell Windows were polite, professional and efficient. Our sketch was sent over quickly, the install was painless and communications throughout went above and beyond formalities. Renovating can be full of unexpected bumps and obstacles, our windows at least, was one passage of plain sailing and the resulting window - anthracite aluminum - is totally handsome. As I have used this company over many years 15 plus from when its was a couple of fitters to the size they are today nothing has changed as you still get that personal feeling that gives you a feeling of great workmanship and professional individual's I would recommend any of my closet to use them and take a look at what they offer now.

The initial sales contact was excellent, we had gone to a number of suppliers, none could do what we wanted. Chigwell were exceedingly accomodating. As the installation took place we had a number of minor issues. Chigwell rose to the occasion, they went the extra mile to get get everything fixed. There was never a quibble, they were so easy to deal with and everything was completed to an excellent level.

Used this company before and were so pleased we did not hesitate to use them again. Fitter was excellent, friendly and made sure we were happy with the result. Cleared everything away at the end of the job.
