The recent refurbishment of Noak Hill Victory Hall was officially celebrated (31.1.18) with a special ceremony attended by specially invited guests including L – R Chigwell Window Centre Director Amarjit Singh, leader of Havering Council Roger Ramsey and Hornhcurch and Upminster MP Juila Lopez.
Chigwell Window Centre supplied and fitted all the windows and doors for the hall which had been ‘patched up’ since it was destroyed by the last V2 bomb to fall in Havering in 1945.
