Project Overview

Weston Homes’ William Hunter House development features a collection of contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed to provide stylish, energy-efficient living in the heart of Brentwood. Our team was appointed to supply and install REHAU Total 70 windows and doors throughout the building, specified in 7016 anthracite grey externally and white internally to suit the modern aesthetic.

With 50 flats in total, the project required a consistent, high-standard finish across all units, aligned with the developer’s vision and build programme.

Challanges & solutions

Located in a busy town centre, the development required enhanced acoustic performance to meet local noise regulations. We addressed this by incorporating acoustic trickle vents into the window systems, balancing ventilation with sound insulation. Early coordination with the developer and site team ensured these requirements were integrated into the build without delays.
